S T E P Welcome 2019

A new sun is rising for the younglings who have joined the Systematic Training & Education Program of the Oberoi group. To christen the arrival of our new STEP associates into the wilderness of hospitality the theme was chosen from the iconic movie - Lion King. The concept celebrated the welcome befitting their new roles and responsibilities. With the eternal flame being lit, they begin their journey of discovery to find their place of pride in the great Circle of Life.
